Our Reward Card Membership Scheme is FREE to join and allows you to collect points for every £1 you spend in store. Every 3 months you will receive a voucher through your door, worth at least £1. Your card can be used at all three of our garden centres, so you can still collect your points if you’re having a day out!
With exclusive offers and money off coupons monthly by email, in addition to those posted once a quarter, our loyal customers reap the rewards every visit!
Berwick, Dunbar & Plantsplus Garden Centres, hereafter Berwick Garden Centre Ltd
- Entitles the holder to 5% of their spend back in points from each purchase.
- Eligible purchases exclude: Home delivery charge, gift vouchers, restaurant, buildings, and Claire’s Dog Grooming (Dunbar). Berwick Garden Centre Ltd have the right to vary their exclusions at short notice.
- Only 1 card may be registered per household. Multiple cardholders of the same address may have their accounts merged or invalidated without notice.
- Exclusive vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Copies will not be accepted.
- Free pot of tea/cup of filter coffee voucher may only be redeemed upon presentation of Reward Card at the tills. Does not include speciality teas.
- Points voucher includes spends made since between previous reward card mailer and date of printing (2 weeks prior to mailing date). Minimum value of voucher must be £1 to receive your mail (user). If no spend has been made in this time the customer (non-spender) will not be eligible to receive reward card mail.
- Reward Card users will receive their Reward Card mail 4 times a year.
- Points must be used by the expiry date on the voucher. Points may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be rolled over to subsequent reward card mailers.
- Berwick Garden Centre Ltd is not responsible for gone-away mail, changes of address or lost mail, which may result in loss of earned points.
- Reward Card applications will not be processed without fully completed name, address, postcode, telephone number and/or email, signature and date from the customer.
- Your details will not be passed on to any 3rd parties and will only be used for correspondence with Berwick Garden Centre Ltd.
- To change your details or cancel your account please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, address & postcode and, if possible, your reward card number.
- Your details will be removed from our database upon cancellation of your account.
- We are registered as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Our data protection registration number is ZA321642
Customers may register for our e-newsletter without registering for our reward card (general customer). Digital or paper exclusive vouchers accepted at tills. One redemption per customer per email. Multiples not accepted. Star Buy offers and vouchers while stocks last and may be subject to change without notice. Emails are sent once a month. Additional awareness emails may be sent through the year. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of your email.
Berwick Garden Centre Ltd have a right to change these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to the customer through email, post or our website. Cardholders are encouraged to check this web page frequently to ensure of any changes made.
